Applying
Can my child join more than one program?
Yes. Choose your child's grade, then add as many programs as you like. If a program overlaps in time, we'll ask you to remove the clashing one first, so the timetable never clashes. You pay for everything together.
Who can apply?
After School programs are open to Plookpanya students and students from other schools. Please apply as the parent or guardian.
How does my child get a seat?
When you submit an application, a seat is held for you as "Pending payment" and you go straight to the payment page. Transfer the amount and attach your slip within the time shown. Once the school office verifies it, we'll email you to confirm your seat.
What if a program is full?
Full programs are greyed out and can't be added. Check back later or contact the school office.
Payment
How do I pay?
Transfer the amount shown after you apply to the school's Kasikornbank (KBank) account, then enter the date and time of the transfer and attach a screenshot or photo of the slip.
How long do I have to pay?
Your seats are held for 30 minutes after you submit the application. If payment isn't made in that time the seats are released automatically, and you can apply again if places are still available.
How long does verification take?
The school office verifies slips during office hours. Once it's done, we'll email your confirmation to the address on your application.
Changes
How do I cancel or change a program?
Please contact the school office or message us on LINE OA with your reference code.
