Asha Leeangkul, the director of Plookpanya School and Chotima Leeangkul of Songwanwong Industries, along with Mr. Andrew Gray and Ms. Siripa Sommanas from CETA Worldwide Education, visited Westonbirt School & Westonbirt Prep in England and St Leonards School in Scotland.
The delegation engaged in discussions with the management team of Westonbirt School & Westonbirt Prep, exploring the possibility of establishing an exchange student program between the institutions. As part of this initiative, students from Westonbirt School are set to visit Plookpanya School in Nakhon Ratchasima in February 2024.
During the visit, students from Westonbirt School’s culinary program crafted a cake for the Plookpanya School delegation. Notably, the cake was made using gluten-free semolina flour from Thailand, generously provided by Asha Leeangkul.
During the visit to St Leonards School, Nakhon Ratchasima, school administrators engaged in intellectual discussions with Thai students 🇹🇭 in the United Kingdom. They also seized the opportunity to exchange ideas and insights on golf course management with the administrators of St Andrews Links, particularly focusing on The Old Course, a legendary and renowned golf course.
The collaboration and exchange of thoughts with Westonbirt School & Westonbirt Prep and St Leonards School , Rossall School and Windermere School are expected to bring mutual benefits and contribute to the future development of both schools and the Plookpanya Golf Learning Center in Nakhon Ratchasima. This collaboration extends to curriculum enhancement, teaching methodologies, and ongoing golf programs.
CETA Worldwide Education, specializing in international student exchange programs and summer courses for secondary education, will participate in the upcoming international secondary education exhibition, CETA Education Fair 2024, scheduled for February. The management team of St Leonards School expresses enthusiasm and readiness to attend this event. x
