การเรียนการสอนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา เป็นการเรียนการสอนที่ต่อยอดจากระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ที่คงการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการกระบวนการเรียนรู้และมุ่งเน้นการค้นหาตัวตนหรือศักยภาพของตนเองผ่านกระบวนการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลายภายใต้การบูรณาการหลักสูตรนานาชาติทั้ง International Middle Years Curriculum : IMYC ที่กระตุ้นความคิด การทดลองและลงมือปฏิบัติ และหลักสูตร Cambridge จากประเทศอังกฤษ
ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น
นักเรียนได้เรียนภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาที่ 3 ทั้งสิ้นกว่า 13 ชั่วโมง / สัปดาห์ โดยมีวิชา Language Art ที่เป็นการเรียนรู้หลักไวยากรณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ , Drama เป็นการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษผ่านละคร หรือเรื่องราวที่สนุกสนาน และวิชา English Skill ที่มีการแบ่งกลุ่มการเรียนรู้ออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มตามความสามารถ โดยใช้หลักสูตร Cambridge เป็นหลักสูตรหลักในการเรียนการสอนควบคู่กับการเรียน Coding ด้วย รวมทั้งยังมีภาษาจีนและภาษาญี่ปุ่นให้นักเรียนได้เลือกเรียนตามความสนใจ นอกเหนือทางนี้ยังมีการส่งเสริมศักยภาพทางด้านดนตรี ศิลปะ และกีฬาอีกด้วย
ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
ในช่วงชั้นนี้ถือว่ามีความสำคัญมาก เนื่องจากศักยภาพของนักเรียนจะปรากฏชัดเจนขึ้น นักเรียนเริ่มค้นพบตัวตนของตนเอง โรงเรียนปลูกปัญญาได้ส่งเสริมการค้นหาตัวตนของนักเรียนผ่านการสำรวจ สังเกตุ ทำแบบทดสอบ และส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการเรียนที่หลากหลาย รอบด้าน ทันสมัย โดยนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ได้เรียนรู้ทั้งวิทยาศาสตร์ เคมี ชีววิทยา โลกและดาราศาสตร์ เพื่อให้โอกาสนักเรียนได้ทำความรู้จักตัวเองก่อนที่จะออกไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในช่วงภาคเรียนที่ 2 จากนั้นนักเรียนจะได้เลือกเรียนตามสายที่ตนเองถนัดในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ต่อไป สำหรับภาษาอังกฤษในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จะเป็นการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ IGCSE ของหลักสูตร Cambridge นอกจากนี้ยังมีวิชาสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิต ที่ให้นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่ตนเองชื่นชอบ เพื่อเอาความชอบนี้ออกไปทำประโยชน์ให้กับสังคม เช่น ให้ความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษกับเด็กๆ ในชุมชน เป็นต้น
หัวใจสำคัญของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาของโรงเรียนปลูกปัญญา คือ การที่นักเรียนค้นพบตัวตนของตนเอง
รู้ว่าตัวเองมีความถนัดด้านใด จนสามารถเลือกเรียนในสาขาที่ตนเองถนัด
และก้าวทันโลกที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างมีความสุข
